Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with design engineering and manufacturing to develop test requirements for new and existing MEMS components and subsystems
• Identifies, develops and implements testing measures and applications that improves process development, fabrication and process improvement of micro device components and processes including microfluidic testing
• Develops test methodologies that comply with quality specifications while meeting performance, budget and schedule requirements
• Performs bench-top testing and yield optimization including simulation, analysis, prototyping and validation testing
• Prepares test plans and executes software tests
• Identifies and integrates hardware and software required for device and system level testing
• Works as a member of a project team to design, develop, and execute test plans and test procedures
• Creates test documentation necessary to meet the requirements of ISO-9001 and ISO13485

Experience

• 2 years engineering experience in fluidics and/or mechanical testing of small parts
• Micro-device test design, development and implementation
• Micro-electronic medicaldevice and process V&V testing experience preferred

Education: MS in Bio Med or ME is required

• Application software such as Matlab, Labview, etc.
• Experience working in a class 10,000 and above cleanroom environment
